Write down the transaction reference, amount, currency, time and the receiving service’s exact name. Compare the bank or wallet record with the service’s transaction history. Preserve the status shown by each side; do not describe a pending item as a completed transfer.
Contact your own bank or wallet provider using its official app or published contact channel, and ask for a complaint reference. Banque Misr’s customer-rights policy says customers should first contact their bank about a complaint before escalating to another organisation. That policy is an example for its customers, not a promise about every provider.
A request for an additional transfer is not proof that a withdrawal will be released. Save the message and claimed reason before doing anything further. Do not send money solely because a chat account promises to recover or unlock funds.
Check the original account’s official terms and support channel. For an actual disputed bank or wallet transaction, keep that complaint separate from the game result. Do not send a recovery agent your password, wallet PIN, OTP or remote access to your device.
Keep the transaction reference or round reference in your private record. For a public screenshot, cover account identifiers, full phone numbers, card or identity details, one-time codes and unrelated conversations. A provider’s private support channel may need a reference; a public post does not need your credentials.
